I know I am in serious problem when I stay home over the weekend to watch the Golf channel and I can remembered and identified the name of the various golfers.

But I can't help it, the Professional Golfers are really cute. They are not the old and grumpy looking men of the past. If you are free, try to google these name and you will know why. Henrik Stenson, Adam Scott, Oliver Wilson and Sergio Gacia.

Daily Dinner

On day when Louis is not working, we will usually make it a point to have dinner together. Last night was another night and as usual, I could not make up my mind where to eat. We ended up at Ah Orh, this teo Chiew void deck resturant along Bt Merah Road. We were there once during CNY and we said we wanted to try their steam fish which seem very popular and good. We ordered that plus a vegetable and osyter eggs. We were gusessing how much will our dinner cost and Louis said not more than $50 which I thought is already quite EX.

So, how much would you pay for such simple fare??? When we asked for the bill, the fish costs $48 and the total bill is $77.. No doubt that the fish is fresh and nice but $48 is really beyond my threshold, I told Louis, I am not going back there again.

New shoes for Skipping

I am not crazy just a little mad, bought a new pair of shoes for my skipping routine. I reckon, skipping is indoor, weather proof and I can do it anytime of the day. Only thing is I need to clean my running shoes before I start the routine which is really troublesome so the decision to buy a new pair of shoes purely for indoor used is made.

We headed down to Queenways (where else right) with a budget of below $100 and...ta dah...i found my new shoes, nice and affordable at $79, a pair of light blue Addidas.

It came.....

It was late for 2 weeks and it final came, my da yi ma. Finally no more bloating and uncomfortable tummy, but I am expecting a bad cramp..damn.

Just came back from my weekly supermarketing and realised that I have only Yakult and Grapes to last me for the coming week....

Pre-PMS days

Maybe it is the PMS, I am not in the best mood to handle nonsense and feeling very tired and so desperate need for sleep. I was waken by Louis alarm clocks this morning at 6am, he needed 3 sets of RINGING to wake him. Already angry being disrupted and it did not help when he SMS goes off while he is taking his shower. His SMS alert is the song type that does not seem to end unless being attend to. I tried to silent it but his phone was pin locked. Almost wanted to throw the damn phone out of the window. Was so frustrated that I scream out LOUD, maybe my neighbour can hear me too.

Next Friday is his Birthday, had plan to play a round of golf with him and invite his friends over for dinner but now, WHAT BIRTHDAY??? WHAT GOLF?? WHAT DINNER???

The old and new..

Did you hear about the Philip clearance sales on 23 and 24 August? I did and and I finally gave in to my 'want' of getting the blender. I am not sure how frequent I will be blending, which i suspect probably twice, the most three time a month or more like a year, but I still wants to have it. I might not be blending very often but at least I think the blender looks good in my kitchen. This year, other then baked rice, we can iced blended mocha, iced blended smoothies, iced blended everything...and not forgetting my very under used juicer.

While I am celebrating the additonal of my my blender, I have to bid farewell to my portable DVD player. Out of sudden, it just decided to die on me while I was watching my Sex and The City. It was my bed time entertainment for the past few weeks and now I have no Sex and The City, what must I do? Send the player for servicing which might cost me more then the value of the player or buy a new set? Seriously, I can't decide.

Stream fish

My mum and aunt are very supportive of home cooked food and healthy lifestyle. I have been wanting to try streaming fish at home but I have never try buying a fish from the market. Knowing how lousy I am, my aunt bought me this fish when she did her marketing and she even prepared the garnishing for me, so nice right? Just when I want to stream the fish, I realised I have no pot, not streamer non anything big or suitable to stream the fish. How sad....

Without make-up

Not many people have the priviledge of seeing me without my make up on, simply because I am vain (and becos i might look too pale to be out of the house). I am the type that will want to put on some light make up even if I am taking the trash out of the house (which is never).

Last week, afetr I have removed my make up to get ready for my weekly jog, I was photo as if I am a movie star. Here is one of the photo.

What i am into these days??

I am very into healthy porridge these days, I will rush home after work or class to cook my all-in-one pot porridge. Ingredients are pickles, fish, carrot and egg. Simply heavenly, I can eat the same things everyday.

Starbucks coffee and more Starbucks coffee, I think i need one shot everyday....Can we have one Starbucks at IMM Building please...

Fake Eyelashes, I simply love them now, they made my eyes look bigger and more drama, it is drama mama everyday!!

My new toy is not working well

I won a PSP last Christmas but then I found that Nintendo DS games are more fun and a lot more idiot proved. So, after much consideration and pestering, Louis got me a new Nintendo DS. I love my new toy, his colleague also help to upload lots of games for me. While I was really hooked to the game, my DS gave me problem. This is the second time that I am unable to load the game, it gave a blank screen..What the XXXX right?

But I must said, other than the idiot proved games, DS is no way near PSP.

Relaxing Sat...

It has been quite a long while since I am able to enjoy a lazy weekend. There are too many events, activities and stuffs happened for the last few weeks. Beside, Louis work just make it tougher for us to make plan.

Anyway, we planned to wake up early to go for morning exercise at the new Henderson Wave near our place and then proceed to good relaxing breakfast then shopping, Gucci is having Sale. Well, planning is good but we do prepare for hipcup. First, it was raining heavily in the morning, so we decided not to challenge the weather and we slept in. But we make it for the late breakfast, thank God for Coffee bean and Tea Leave who serve Breakfast-All-Day. We had our breakfast at 2pm. Went to Gucci but nothing too impressive, luckily. So I decided to wait patiently for my new LV bag, fresh from Paris, 19th June will be the day we meet.

I was aggressive, I wanted to visit my mum and grandma in the evening after Louis left for his work but my body is not too cooperative and my cramp just make it worst, ended up I fell asleep on our sofa and only woke up not too long ago. I guess, I needed my rest to prepare for the long week ahead. Will be having classes on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Damn, feeling tired already.

Jolly good time

Getting old, my body is still suffering from my weekend party at St James. Last Saturday was my buddy hen's nite, there is no way that I will not go all the way out for her. She is more than a friend to me. She is my business partner, travel mate, shopping kaki, party queen and match maker. We went thru so much together that I am truly glad that I have her.

The Hen's nite was damn happening and fun, all thanks to our very sporting bride to be, her big bunch of happening cousins and us, her dearest friends. We have a great time drinking, laughing and dancing. It has been such a long time since I got so high.

I sincerely and truly wish you happiness for the many years to come. Remember, no matter what happened, you are loved by many.

Shape run

Shape Run 08 has open for registration and I have registered!! Very KS, but what to do?? I missed the registration last year and I have to wait for a year for the run. Wanted to do 10km but since this is Vanessa first run, I have opt for 5km to accompany her.
